Constitutional Essay Topics - Are Constitutional Essay Topics Worth A Constitutional Convention?

Constitutional Essay Topics - Are Constitutional Essay Topics Worth A Constitutional Convention?Over the past few years, the debate about whether to hold a Constitutional Convention has centered on Constitutional Essay Topics. That is, are these issues worth going to a Constitutional Convention, or are they not? While there is certainly room for discussion on the merits of this idea, the Constitutional Essay Topics have been overemphasized by some. Some say that a Constitutional Convention is the wrong way to go about these issues, and it is better to let the Constitution work itself out through the democratic process. Others argue that the Constitution is a living thing, and it should be debated and amended and made to fit our times.I am one of those who believe that a Constitutional Convention will work best when given the opportunity to come to the table in public, and in the right circumstances, and a different public reaction will certainly result if we never allow them to speak before. The reason for this is quite simple: the Framers clearly anticipated different times, different problems, and the need for a Constitutional Convention. They knew they would face a Constitutional Convention in times of revolution, which was something they had never anticipated. Yet, the Convention could easily have been avoided, since it never had to come about. When the Founding Fathers decided to attempt to address the concerns of the people during the time of the revolution, they should have allowed for them to express their opinions and concerns, and maybe some changes might have been made. With that said, the time for a Constitutional Convention was short lived and made a mockery of by the framers. In the process, the framers gave us the Articles of Confederation and the growth of the federal government. As a result, we have a nation where the Constitution is no longer respected, and where the government must rely on and accommodate its powers instead of following the Cons titution. It is these concerns that are being discussed by some about the Constitutional Essay Topics. It seems that many believe that allowing them to speak before a Constitutional Convention is too much to ask. Yet, if you truly think about it, a Constitutional Convention can be discussed, and it can be accepted, but only if the potential participants can agree. If they cannot, then it would be wise to consider avoiding a Constitutional Convention, as the Constitution is always a work in progress. But, if the framers understood the potentiality of what we face today, then perhaps the time should have been better used. With that said, Constitutional Essay Topics is certainly worth discussing, and perhaps, we should allow them to speak and act out a long-debated concept that was just made real. Let's have a Constitutional Convention, but make sure that it is a respectful one and not filled with nonsense.
