Before we can discuss UBE essay topics in 2020, we must define exactly what UBE is and what it entails.UBE stands for Undergraduate Writing, Academic and Research Methods; but there is an additional online degree with more study than that. This online degree is called 'Curriculum and Instruction in Curriculum and Instruction'. The difference between the two is that the former is the actual course while the latter has prerequisites which are met before beginning the course.The curriculum for the academic version of this degree has General Non-Academic Subjects and Secondary Studies to the first semester. General Non-Academic Subjects includes biochemistry, calculus, chemistry, math, physics, English, and computers. The Secondary Studies includes reading, writing, public speaking, science, history, languages, and foreign languages. After reading this chapter students will begin to understand how to prepare for an essay and what to write about.The content of the book contains standard formats for researching information. Students should begin by following the procedures outlined in this chapter. This chapter will also provide definitions of terms used in the course. The student is advised to spend some time in their rooms reading through the text as well as working through the worksheet and homework assignments. If the student does not complete the work they will be required to do this after they have met the prerequisites for their course.There are five non-academic sections in the book. Students are required to read, review, and make copies of t he book. They are then required to prepare a presentation or read from their book for an optional class presentation.
